Tru by Hilton Perrysburg Toledo

We were in town to see family and opted for a hotel nearby. We didn’t expect to be treated like family at a budget hotel, but this team went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! From Eva at breakfast who made us feel as if we were in her home kitchen, to the lead housekeeper who prepared our room early and had her staff do full clean mid week, to the gentleman cleaner who warmly welcomed us in the lobby as we came and went, these individuals put the “hospitality” in hospitality industry. TRUly a pleasure staying here and would absolutely stay again. NOT a paid review, just a really happy guest. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I hate to do this because the hotel is nice and the staff is amazing. But the shower head is ridiculous (Room 106)! It comes out slower than the sink faucet! The location of the hotel doesn't have any restaurants around it. But honestly it is the worst shower head I have ever had and I live out of hotels. Fix the shower head and it would be a 5 star hotel. I assume restaurants will be coming soon. Moved rooms because of a door lock issue and the new room has great water pressure!

We used this hotel as a stopover on a road trip and were pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean and the decor seemed fresh and cheerful. Some vacuuming of the hallway would have been nice however. There was no storage for clothes which could have been an issue for a long stay, but fine for a day or two. Small, but decent gym. Also, they had MSNBC playing which sure beat having to listen to Fox at breakfast. I’d return based on that alone!!!

I had a great stay at this location Tru by Hilton. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. My room felt fresh and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and the lobby area was a nice place to relax. Overall, it was an easy, pleasant stay and I’d definitely come back.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with no advance reservation due to a death in the family. They were beyond hospitable and friendly. They accommodated me and asked if there was anything I needed, or they could do anything for me. They were beyond friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate. Rooms are large, clean, beds comfy. They do offer breakfast in the morning- included. Lots of options for Uber Eats delivery. Location: near the interstate and gas station. Nearby are restaurants and shops. Gas station across the street. Quiet area and able to get much needed rest. Very safe area.

Nice clean value priced hotel room passing through town. Ample parking quick check-in, lobby was clean and the room was clean. Mini fridge in the room and plenty of soap, shampoo lotion dispensers that had a good fragrance to it. I would stay here again when passing through town. They do have some breakfast options in the morning for you also.

I drove down here from Michigan to see a comedy show and book this hotel. Walking in the place is beautiful and recently built in the past few years. Free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was okay. Not great but it definitely hit the spot. The staff was wonderful and they really enjoyed my time here My only complaint is that they do not have coffee machines in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby for coffee. That would be a problem for me if I was on the 4th floor because I'm a very heavy coffee. Drinker if they have that it would make things all right. That was my only complaint. No coffee machines in the rooms. Would gladly stay here again

Location was GREAT! Easy off highway. Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean & simple (typical for the Tru chain) had a pool table in the rec area. Workout area is small but VERY functional & convenient! Breakfast was good with plenty of hot options. Staff was not overly friendly but that didn't bother me! I would stay here again
